These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of caligirl.com and any purchase you make from Caligirl Beach ("Caligirl Beach," "we," "us"). By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Final Sale Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information but don't warrant that descriptions, images or availability are error-free.

Orders & payment

Orders are processed and paid for through Shopify's secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, and will notify you and issue a refund if this happens.

Shipping & final sale

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. All swimwear and opened or used cosmetic/body care products are FINAL SALE — no returns, exchanges or refunds, as described in our Refund Policy.

Marketing communications

If you opt in to receive marketing emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Caligirl Beach. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

All content on this site is owned by Caligirl Beach or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind except where required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caligirl Beach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If unresolved within 30 days, you and Caligirl Beach agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. There is no right for any dispute to be brought as a class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us with your name and order details.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
